OUR DREAM IS TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!

Jessica Fox

Hola, I am Jessica.

Like my sister Nicole, I was born in Colombia South America. (I am the oldest sister.)

I came to the USA as a teenager and love this country!

In 1989 I started my career as a bi-lingual television host and in 1999 I started my career as a radio celebrity. I must admit, I absolutely love working in radio and I still host my own daily radio show.

For some reason, I always wanted to buy a church. While living in Florida, I came across the Presbyterian church for sale in Perryville, Kentucky and I knew it was the one. I had to have it.

Nicole’s dream was having an event venue, so when I told her about it, she jumped at the idea of merging our dreams.

This is how 1828 Perryville Chateau was born. Working on our mutual dreams together is also a dream come true, so here we go!

Nicole Fox

Hello, I’m Nicole Fox the proud mother of a beautiful daughter named Francesca. I have a background in acting, fashion merchandising, and a passion for real estate and historic properties!

I was born in Colombia, South America and grew up in San Diego. After completing my Associates degree in Fashion Merchandising, I moved to Miami with my sister, Jessica.

I was an actress for several years before realizing that my passion was real estate. I became a Realtor in 2000.

I enjoy helping my clients buy and sell their homes. I also enjoy "flipping" houses and have done over 20 flips, and retained one property on the lake to enjoy personally and share with others by renting on Airbnb.

In 2017 I moved to Lexington and fell in love with the city and the surrounding area. In my spare time, I love to travel and I especially enjoy spending time with family and friends.

One of my dreams has always been to have an event venue -- a place to help other people's dreams come true.

In 2024 (after many years of searching for the right place) Jessica found a beautiful historic church for sale in Perryville, Kentucky. Together, we bought it!

This is the beginning of a very exciting time for both of us, and we invite you to join us on our adventure. Come join us and watch us grow!

Our Story: November 21, 2023

This explains how, in the course of just over three hours time, our lives changed forever!

3+ Hours that changed everything

TUESDAY - November 21, 2023

3PM EST

Jessica was living in Florida, but was looking for a house to flip with her sister, Nicole, because they had fun working together on property projects and had enjoyed some success doing so.

She was shocked to find a church for sale, because it had always been her dream to own a church.

3:30-4:00 PM

Jessica called her sister, Nicole, "You are not going to believe it! I found a church for sale and it's close to you! It's an auction and it ends today."

In the next 30 minutes, Nicole reached out to the auctioneer and found out that the auction would end in two an a half hours.

4:00-6:00 PM

The auctioneer, Willie Baker, agreed to "show" the sisters the church with a video walk through and answered all their questions. "I can't believe he answered his phone and was so helpful!" said Nicole.

After the tour, they got registered for the auction and placed their first bid on a 200+ year old church -- a property they had never seen in person.

Over the next 45 minutes, they were in a nail-biting bidding war, and at 6 p.m. they thought they had won, but no...

The Final Forty-Five Minutes

The auction was using "soft bidding" which meant that there was a period of time (five minutes) for the opposing bidders to place another bid. Each bid extends the auction for an additional five minutes. The nail-biting stress continued...

Over and over they thought they had it, over and over the other person bid seconds before the deadline. For nearly 45 minutes they placed a bid and waited, only to be outbid in the final seconds,

They had reached their top budget and agreed to make one last bid. They were sad, but it was the last one they could make, regardless of the outcome. They knew they had lost the church, but fate had different plans...

The other bidder quit just before their final bid. The sisters watched the clock run down and it took a few seconds before it hit them that their final bid was the winning bid!

They were on the phone together when the realization sunk in -- they both screamed in happy unison. This church was the key to meeting both of the sister's different, but uniquely compatible, dreams -- the purchase of a church and the creation of a beautiful, historic wedding and events venue.

Now you can watch as they renovate this historic church to make their dreams... and yours... come true!
